I wasn't born with wings, so I'm trying to make my own

Monday, April 09, 2007

I forgot to mention any of my Easter goodies yesterday in my post. I was too excited about my finished yarn and too freaked out about my wrists! Besides oodles of sweets (including goodies from Vosges Haute Chocolate *shiver*) (I am SUCH a food addict) I also got a few fiber goodies. Most were natural colored fibers for dyeing and dye accoutrement (super-cool dye syringes), but I got a couple of pretty already-dyed fibers that I can't wait to spin:
Yum

And yum

At least these treats are non-fattening! If I had any less self-control, I would be rolling around in them like my cat would if she could get her paws on them! But so far I've resisted, contenting myself to pet (and occasionally sniff) them. I'm so lucky to have such good enablers :-)
